What we collect

When you register a vehicle or buy a visitor pass we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, unit number, and vehicle license plate, make, model and color. When you report a vehicle in your assigned space we collect your unit, space and contact details and the description of that vehicle. If you pay for a visitor pass, your card or PayPal details go directly to Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To issue parking permits and visitor passes, to check whether a vehicle is authorized to park at a community we enforce, to dispatch tow requests, to write tow tickets as required by Texas law, and to send you your pass confirmation by email or, if you opt in, by text message. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Alpha Wrecker Service staff and the property management of the community you register at. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our email and text providers, and our hosting provider process data on our behalf. Information may be shared when required by law or to respond to a hearing request under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2308.

Text messages

Texts are sent only if you tick the opt-in box when buying a pass. One message per pass. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Keeping and deleting it

Permit and tow records are kept as long as required by Texas towing regulations. To ask about or delete your information, contact us at alphawreckerservice1010@gmail.com or (832) 786-8713.

The app

Our mobile app uses the camera only when a staff member chooses to scan a pass code. It does not track your location.
